Shipping & Returns

The delivery time consists of the production time for the item and the shipping time by the logistics service provider.

Please note that the shipping time is not the same as the production time of the goods.

 

The standard shipping by parcel is done with DHL for 7€. The entire order will be shipped, partial deliveries are excluded.

 

For smaller goods, such as arm guards or bracelets, we send the goods in an A4 envelope by post for €4.

 

The shipping time in Germany is 3-4 working days. Delays in delivery due to increased parcel volume (Christmas, etc.) cannot be influenced by us. At the moment we do not ship abroad.

If the package is oversized due to the size of the goods or the order quantity, we will discuss the shipping costs with you individually.

The goods are insured with DHL by default for a value of €500. If the value of your order is higher, we can also insure the package on request.
